The lady in charge made a big deal of it and demanded that I come down there right away to straighten out...
They have bedbugs and kept it from us. Took my daughters remote for her TV out of her room while she wasn’t there and when she went in the day room and found it the denied going into her room. The lady in charge made a big deal of it and demanded that I come down there right away to straighten out the situation. When I got there They had a major attitude with me and asked me why I had issues with the facility. I said because of the bedbugs they never mentioned to tell us Until I told her that she had bumps all over her. Then she decided to tell us they had bedbugs. Also had issues they handle the residence medication, because she would sit around and wait for hours before they would give her her medication and it would make us late to different appointments. I didn’t read the reviews before hand and I should have. My daughter has been there a little over 30 days and I am already moving her. I do not believe the Residence there are taken care of like they should be.

I do not believe the Residence there are taken care of like they should be and the people that are running it are very rude and they like to provoke arguments. They should have let the residents know about the bedbugs and the didn’t. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It's residents all become a little family under one roof; they are a close knit group who start off not knowing anyone to eating breakfast, lunch and dinner together again and again, like I said a family. The new administrator for Bristol of Pacific, is [name removed] , she is a very loving, loyal and caring person who even though she has not been with the company for very long, there isn't anything that she wouldn't do to make her residents feel at home and comfortable. [Name removed] keeps the place running and I don't want to think of it with out her. If and when you decide to move to Bristol Manor of Pacific, you will find [name removed] , a home and a family waiting.
