After visiting Autumn Care this past week, I have seen great care of all that are in their care. The facility is very clean, rooms cleaned every day and has a clean smell to the center. The nursing staff is top notch. They treat all the people like family I feel like. I really enjoyed seeing the facility having programs to keep everyone engaged and out in about meeting and talking with others . Arts and crafts, Gardening and so much more. Rehabilitation center is staffed with such great knowledgeable staff. Working daily to help all to get better. They have a lovely court yard that the residents can visit when ever to get out doors. I recommend Autumn Care to anyone''s family member for long term or rehabilitation needs.

A few things I’d like to say about this facility. Autumn care of Saluda has far surpassed all of my and my family’s expectations. The admissions dept is exceptional and personable. The front office always greets you with a smile. The housekeeping goes above and beyond. The rooms/bathrooms were clean, hallways were clean and best of all the building always smelled clean. Dietary always served a good meal that was hot, fresh and more than expected. Any issues that needed fixed was always done promptly and with a smile. I never felt like I was an inconvenience to anyone. I also noticed an activity happening everyday. Nursing is top notch! They are professional and always took the time to explain and answer questions. We never felt unsure about leaving from a visit and wondering if everything would be ok. The cnas and nurses always went above and beyond to make sure our loved one was well taken care of. We never had to look for staff because there was always someone walking the halls. The administrator and the DON personally walked to our room and introduced themselves and made themselves available if we had any concerns. Dr Russell and his team were some of the best. We never felt like we were not in the loop of things. This facility is great and provides a feeling of home and most of all we felt like part of a family. We would highly recommend this facility. If ever needed, we will most definitely be back to autumn care of Saluda.
