I have worked plenty facilities to where I was also The Maintenance Director and wanted to walk out within the first week. Facility is pretty clean and tidy, as I walk throughout the building I stop and speak to the Residents as we engage in a great conversation. Tiffany in Human Resources is top tier, as well as our Executive Director Ashlei. All other department heads who orientated me were also warm with open arms. I seriously recommend bringing your loved one here to be apart of our family as well as any qualified applicants that wants to join the team.

From day one I could feel they really care about the residents and their job. Every place has some issues but very minimal.
My wife worked here for over 90 days. They let her go around the 90 day mark so they wouldn''t have to give her the sighn on bonus they promised her. I am a RN who has been working here for a year now, and this facility is one of the best facilities I''ve ever worked for. The management is very professional and cares about you .The staff on the floor always helps out with other staff. Nursing assistance, actually care and go above and beyond for their residents, They make sure you feel comfortable as staff and that you have all the tools you need to succeed. The units are neat and clean, and fully stocked. The floors in the facility are always cleaned daily and shines beautiful. If you ever have an issue, this place will definitely make sure it''s handled and they will listen! HR is wonderful! Mr. Allen is wonderful! The DON Pam is very professional and educated. My mother was just transported there today from sentara Leigh. Her wound care was not done, she woke up from a nap and had soiled herself. She told me this at 8pm she stated that she buzzed the nurse after her nap at 6:30 so close to two hours later she was still wet. She was not changed until after I called and had a brief come to Jesus meeting with the lady over the phone as I was in route to the facility. No one wants to get calls that their parent is not getting good care. Do better because of any person working in that facility got a call about their parent I’m sure they would not approve of the treatment.
