I called to speak to my mother, the woman who answered was rude. I was told by the woman on the phone that I couldn’t speak to my mother but could be transferred to her nurse, I said “ok I guess” and the woman proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I called back, the phone rang for a long while before someone else answered. I was told by that person that she would personally call me back around 2pm. That never happened Needless to say, I don’t recommend having your loved ones here. If these people are that rude on the phone, then I’m horrified to think of how they must speak with and treat patients.

My sister in law has been in the facility for a year now, she’s enjoying herself also she likes it there. She tells me how nice her nurse is also her favorite cna how they take great care of her. She enjoys the daily activities it keeps her going she look forward to the movies and bingo because she’s with her friends during that time, let’s not forget the Live band she really enjoyed the old school music they play for them.

My family and I have had a great experience with Iliff. From the front office staff being very helpful, to nursing, rehab and activities. Both of my parents were there for a few years during their final days. Everyone there was very communicative and helpful to myself and my parents. Nursing and rehab took very good care of them, and Activities made sure to visit them each day as well as bringing them to the Activities room to make sure they remained active and smiling. The holidays were also very enjoyable for my parents. From decorations and holiday inspired games, to all the staff members dressing up in holiday themed clothes and happy. Their energy rubbed off on my parents. And I noticed the other residents enjoying their time as well. Of course you cannot please everyone. With that said, I noticed residents receiving great care and love from Iliff staff members. But their family members would still find little things to get upset about. My siblings and I were one of those family members who would be there every day. So we saw all the good things going on, as well as the problematic family members. Iliff does the best they can to treat the residents with care as though they are their family as well. In the 4 years that my parents were there (2017-2021) my family had no complaints. And my parents could be difficult at times. But the staff remained professional and were able to even make them smile. Thank you Iliff for all you have done for my family during these last four years of my parent’s lives. You all became our family as well.

The director of this facility was caught in 3 lies by our family , poor maintenance of facility, residents answer the phone , residents are locked in their rooms at night , my mother fell in the facility & they tried to lie & cover it up , she also was diagnosed with malnutrition when I pulled her out & took her to her primary physician over all this living center and its subsidiaries are worse than a prison! DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR LOVED ONES TO ANY ADVANTAGE CENTER & our family has reported them to the health authorities for a full audit
