planning, organizing and coordinating packing, division and allocation of personal possessions and
new residence move-in planning and set-up.

- Agent for all contacts involved in organization and relocation process

- Work with client to sort and pack possessions
- Organize/de-clutter living and storage areas
- Identify/communicate barrier free design needs
- Manage packaging and shipping of valuable or transferred items
- Provide document shredding
- Distribute items to waste management/liquidators
- Manage distribution and donation of unsold/unmoved possessions

work well with our clients and realtors. Our services include staging all areas of the home, inside and out.
Once a home is staged by Tender Heart Transitions, the home will show exceptionally well.

As owner, Jeri Pischke, is a Certified Relocation
and Transition Specialist and an Accredited Staging Professional who brings over 25 years experience in the home
improvement industry. Combining her business knowledge with her Certification, she has developed a highly customized
and service oriented Move Management, Staging and Home Improvement Business.
Being a Certified Move Manager/Relocation
Specialist and Home Staging Professional gives her the background to do as much or as little as her clients require
for any home transition.
