Blowing Rock Investment Properties opened in May of 2004
with a vision of being the High Country’s premier land acquisition and development company primarily dealing
with tract of land 100acres or more. Through Blowing Rock Investment Properties many investors purchased
large tracts of land and then developed then into some of the areas finest high end communities, which the
firm turned around and sold and even resold. The original philosophy was based upon creating a company
culture where clients not only received services during the sale, but after the sale as well, in order to
achieve their development goals.
While our firm still actively offers development services, we have evolved
into a full service real estate firm catering not only to investors, but to the second and primary homeowners.
With our investment background, we’re able to give clients sound investment advice. We were among the first
real estate companies in the area to understand and effectively implement the power of the internet. We have
nine experienced brokers who all come to use with different areas of expertise in our market, from land
planning to luxury home buying and selling. Any of our experienced Brokers will be delighted to assist you
with all your real estate needs. We have an agent on duty seven days a week and are open 363 days a year,
whether you are interested in buying or selling. We offer homes, condominiums, lots, acreage, commercial and
investment opportunities. We make every effort to lead the business by vigilantly following the response and
respected suggestions from our clients. Your feedback is not only welcomed, it is encouraged. We vow to do
everything in our control to make certain you’re pleased and we’ve surpassed your expectations.
