Front desk supervisor Sam Evans concierge in the am is horrible . Very much so bipolar, she takes tips from curtain residents even though it''s against policy. She''s rude to staff and guests from time to time and is never held accountable for her actions. I was declined a job because of Samantha Evans judgemental actions her hiring process is to stalk whom ever that applies social media platforms ,then that will determine if they make it through her interview to move on to the hiring process. This is so wrong on many levels to have a supervisor behave this way. I''ve been there so many times to personally see her act unprofessionally and her boss Greg does nothing. She borrowes doggy treats from the job or a possible resident gifts her. Samantha is the wrong individual working there, she gossips and tells people personal business. I guess that''s why I was never giving a chance at working there because I was a threat. So people try another place to send your love ones that genuinely cares because the staff Here will scam those who can''t remember and importantly, you don''t want staff members that does drugs dealing with your love ones. They must be protected 24/7. Not to long ago there was a robbery on the property, the night shift desk clerk on duty was texting probably under the influence instead of watching the cameras as her job requires. Now this a place you don''t want to send your family. I''ll say the whole staff needs replacement. Everyone is either a junkie, Marijuana smoker or a nut case drunk. Save yourself the time and money.

Very nice facility, great staff.

Asks questions just to see if they will be able to run over you and boss you around. Someone who clearly is not experienced in giving care to residents and how to handle the residents everyday needs.
